Services Offered in Michigan and Georgia

I provide somatic trauma therapy for adults in Michigan and Georgia who are seeking support for complex trauma and C-PTSD, neurodiversity, chronic illness, chronic pain, and disability.

Therapy becomes a space where your experiences are met with compassion rather than judgment. Your nervous system is allowed to move at its own pace, and your healing process is honored.

Many individuals with complex trauma, those who experience neurodiversity, and those impacted by chronic illness, chronic pain, and disability may have spent years feeling disconnected from themselves or their bodies. Somatic therapy offers a path toward gently rebuilding that relationship with curiosity, patience, and care.

A Space for Authentic Healing

Navigating a path to healing is deeply personal and rarely linear. What matters most is having a space where your experiences are seen and where your nervous system can begin to feel safe enough to explore new possibilities.

My intention is to create a therapeutic environment where individuals can reconnect with themselves, develop greater nervous system regulation, and move toward healing that feels authentic and supportive.
